Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Reflexology by Julie. To keep things fair for all clients and to protect the time set aside for your appointment, the following terms apply to every booking.

Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the treatment price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the total cost, with the remaining balance payable at your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

24 hours' notice or more: your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

Less than 24 hours' notice: the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Missed appointments (no-shows): the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client, and reflects the time set aside exclusively for you.

Card Details & Payment
By booking an appointment, you agree that your card details may be securely held on file and used to charge the deposit at booking, and, where this policy applies, the remaining balance in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Card payments are processed securely and are never stored or handled manually.

Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that genuine emergencies and unavoidable circumstances do happen. If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as you can — I'm always happy to discuss your situation and will use my discretion where appropriate.

Package & Cancellation Policy -Â Course Packages (6 & 12 Sessions)
Payment for a course of 6 or 12 treatments is non-refundable once purchased. Packages are valid for 6 months (for package of 6) or 12 months (for package of 12) Â from date of purchase and sessions must be used within this time. Sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid affecting other clients, at the full session price.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact me directly, or manage your booking through the confirmation email or booking system, as early as possible.
