Service Description
Relax, restore and rebalance with a one-hour foot reflexology treatment in a calm and welcoming environment. Using gentle pressure techniques on specific reflex points of the feet, each session is tailored to your body’s individual needs to encourage deep relaxation, help reduce stress and support your overall wellbeing. Your first appointment begins with a detailed consultation, where we’ll discuss your medical history, lifestyle, wellbeing goals and any areas you would particularly like support with. Follow-up sessions build on this, with your treatment adapted to how you are feeling each time.
Cancellation Policy
I understand plans change, and I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me the chance to offer the appointment to another client. 24 hours' notice or more: your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment: the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the card used at booking.
